Does rap have to rhyme?

No. In fact, the answer is YES. But it’s not just about rhyming. It has to be good, and good rhymes will draw attention.

If I had the choice to go back to New York as a teenager, would you?

Maybe. I’d like to go back to New York so much, but if I lived in Los Angeles or Chicago, I’d stay closer to home. There’s nothing wrong with being somewhere where you can live. But my parents moved me to Baltimore, which is a little farther away than New York City.
